We are looking for a sushi chef!

Yōkoso Itamea-San! Great sushi doesn’t just happen. Truly great sushi requires love, attention, and experience. Are you the passionate sushi chef who understands this and strives for perfection in every dish? We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team!

What you can expect:

As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and making various types of sushi.
• Selecting high-quality ingredients and ensuring the freshness and quality of the dishes.
• Contributing creative ideas for new sushi dishes.
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP standards.
• Presenting sushi in an artistic and tasteful way.
• Working efficiently with the rest of the kitchen team to provide our guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

You are:

• A certified Sushi Chef or someone with proven experience in sushi preparation.
• You have an eye for detail.
• Experience working in a professional kitchen and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive and positive work attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
