• You are a true professional idiot; your passion for cooking is contagious;
• You have good communication skills and know better than anyone how to motivate your team to achieve top performance every day;
• You have several years of experience in managing a kitchen;
• You know better than anyone that hygiene and procurement are just as important as delicious food on the table;
• You are professional, proactive and a go-getter.
