Will you be the new hospitality manager at The Grit?

Wondering what working at The Grit entails? As assistant club manager, you will be responsible for the catering part of Rotterdam’s newest club. You are not only the bar manager, but above all the king/queen of the Coolsingel. Apart from shaking cocktails and pouring drinks, you set the mood of the evening and guard the vibe in our establishment. While you rock the bar with ease. You are that big smile our guests see when they come in and remember the next day. After a night like that, you know exactly what’s going on in Rotterdam and who’s dabbling with whom….

In short:

• You are ultimately responsible for the hospitality part of The Grit;
• You create a dream team around you by hiring and training good people;
• You effortlessly manage orders, planning, opening and closing the Club.
• You have SVH and have experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of (non-)alcoholic beverages;
• Flexibility (yes, because working on weekends is part of the job);
• You put a big smile on everyone’s face.
