Responsibility for both supporting and preparatory work in the kitchen is all yours. You are ready to continue learning the ins and outs of the profession in a brand-new kitchen. Although you are already well on your way, you know better than anyone that you never stop learning. You never leave the kitchen without leaving your workplace spotless. It may be called the cold side: you are a warm person and therefore a real asset to the team.
