Pastry Chef

Bonjour, patissier! Welcome to your very own pastry shop, or, in other words, our kitchen. This is what you have always dreamed of. Inventing, developing and preparing your own patisserie, with a great team to train. With pastries and desserts you are really proud of when they leave the kitchen.

You are not averse to developing a new breakfast menu, afternoon tea and luxury pastries and desserts. You are a detail nerd, you amaze guests and colleagues daily with your flavour explosions and colour combinations. As a true team player, you will ensure connection with the kitchen team, becoming part of the kitchen brigade. You are a trained pastry chef or cook with experience/affinity with pastry.

What you can expect:

• You will start working as a pastry chef at our brand new establishment GRACE;
• A cool challenge in which you and your team will set the new tone for Rotterdam’s culinary nightlife;
