You are not averse to developing a new breakfast menu, afternoon tea and luxury pastries and desserts. You are a detail nerd, you amaze guests and colleagues daily with your flavour explosions and colour combinations. As a true team player, you will ensure connection with the kitchen team, becoming part of the kitchen brigade. You are a trained pastry chef or cook with experience/affinity with pastry.
