Food quality is always at its peak when you are in the kitchen. Compliance with safety and hygiene by the team? No one needs to doubt that with you as Banqueting Chef. You cook to the stars, have a no-nonsense approach and know exactly what guests want on their plates. You are essential in creating a culinary experience for groups of up to 400 guests as well as smaller groups. You will work closely with the Head Chef to plan purchasing and ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation. You are able to carry out preparatory work as part of a team and ensure that each dish meets the highest quality standards.
